Mornings Possible = Overnight Oatmeal Obession

I have a hard enough time getting out the door in the morning and I’m just responsible for me. I became obsessed with overnight oatmeal because of the ease on time, the ability to prep ahead and the healthy and blank canvas. So many days I was reaching for peanut M & M (it’s nuts- they are healthy, would be my go to excuse/justification) instead of a healthy and satisfying meal. Until my obsession kicked it, I have to admit this obsession fades, and I trade out of new breakfast solutions but it has withstood the test of time. For me, it is the ability to change, substitute and use fresh and new products. No two overnight oats will be the same.
